"I’m truly disappointed to read this review, especially after having you as a customer of my agency for over 10 years. I take concerns about our service very seriously, which is why I personally reached out to you to discuss the situation and clarify what happened. Unfortunately, we were unable to have that conversation.
While I respect your right to share your experience, I would like to clarify a few things. Protecting our customers' privacy is extremely important to us, and there are legal and privacy restrictions on what information we can share with individuals who are not authorized on a policy, even when they are family members. There are also certain matters, such as corrections to police reports, that are outside an insurance agent's authority.
Regarding insurance ID cards, updated cards are routinely issued every six months, and our office is always happy to provide additional copies whenever requested.
I am particularly troubled by the suggestion that we would tell a customer their concerns are not our problem. That is not how I conduct my business or how my team is trained to treat people. After more than 20 years as a State Farm agent, I take great pride in the professionalism, dedication, and integrity of my entire team.

I remain available and willing to speak with you personally to address any remaining concerns. I genuinely wish we had been able to resolve this through a conversation rather than a public review."
